    Were you able to form it into a patty and cook it that way? Mine consistency was mushy so it didn’t stay together as a burger. What did I do wrong? Thanks for your input.

    Rose … They held together OK but were a bit prone to crumbling at the edges. I would recommend using fewer of the ingredients that contain liquids and stay with the vegetables. Also I did notice that protein powder was an alternate ingredient. Either that or something like egg whites or starch should help make it more firm.
